has only half the competition but is even more popular! This is an instant advantage over about 99% of your competitors!

#2 Develop a Great Title

This is easier than you would think since it is a nice short page title. You simply combine your most important targeted keyword with your most general and separate them with a "pipe" (the vertical slash key above the Enter/Return key.) We now have
"send flowers online | flowers".

Now go back and find some related keywords you'd like to do well for. These would be popular flowers or occasions for flowers being sent online for our example.

#3 Create a Winning META Description

This is important but easy with a little practice. Here are the big things to remember... First, begin the description with your targeted keyword "send flowers online." Then take your remaining keywords and line them up in order of importance. That done, we might have "flowers", "wedding flowers", and "Mothers Day." Now just use each word in order of importance like... "Send flowers online with ABC Flowers. We offer inside tips on the least expensive ways to send the freshest wedding flowers, Mothers Day arrangements or whatever else you need; wherever you need."

This is perfect! We used each of our important keywords without spamming the text. We even broke it up with some extra detail that will help anyone who reads the description before they bother to visit the site. Just remember to keep the description to fewer than 250 characters if possible (including spaces).

Believe it or not, these last three steps were the hard part. The rest is about as automated as it gets.

#4 Bring in the Content!

If you use a service like Why Park, they do almost all the work for you. You simply enter your keywords in the "article finder" via the "Research Your Keywords" link (located beside the keywords box.)

I found 172 articles in a just ten seconds! That's one hundred seventy two pages of keyword rich content that is extremely relevant to my site and will benefit my visitors. Here's what I found...

That's it for how to generate a self renewing AdSense income that will last for years to come. But before I leave you, let me give you two final tips that will take you over the top.

They are calling him the million dollar man. Jason Calacanis recently revealed in his blog that he is on track to earn a million dollars from AdSense over the year ahead.

And if that number doesn’t wake you up and have you sitting on the edge of your seat, consider for a moment that he reached this level in less than a year. His company only started using AdSense in September 2004.

Calacanis runs Weblogs Inc., a network dedicated to creating trade weblogs across niche industries. And he’s quickly proven that AdSense is a credible advertising
partner.

As their network has grown, so has their AdSense revenue. In January 2005 they earned an average of $580 per day. In March it was $737. In May it was $1,585. One day in July, just before he made the blog entry referred to above, they earned $2,335.
Remember that is just for one day. If they can take that daily average to $2,740 they’ll be earning a rate of $1 million for a year. And Calacanis predicts that reaching daily earnings of $3,000 or even $5,000 is quite achievable.

That’s quite an achievement. Keep in mind that Calacanis has 103 bloggers on the payroll and nine staffers. Even so, many webmasters would give an arm or a leg to have even a third of that.

Google’s AdSense has been revolutionary. It has become firmly established as the darling of the online advertising industry. Although rumors are heard of major competitors launching a similar service, AdSense’s premier position seems secure for
now.

In essence, AdSense has made it possible for almost anyone with a web site or blog to earn some revenue from advertising, without having to employ sales people or spend precious time searching for advertisers.

AdSense works like this. Webmasters sign up for an account in just a few minutes. They receive a small snippet of code to include on their web pages. Google will then automatically serve advertisements that are relevant to the content on the webmaster's pages. When someone visits the webmaster's site and clicks on one of Google's AdSense advertisements, the webmaster earns a fee. Advertisers can pay anywhere from five cents to a hundred dollars per click, and the webmaster receives a
percentage of that fee.

The information that you have just discovered is of value and that is a real key to success. This is why I, at this point, strongly emphasize the importance of this one principle. Its no secret that JVs (joint ventures) and cross promotions are
one of the most productive ways to make high volumes of sales on
the Internet.

Today I want to talk about why they work so well, and how you
can make the most of them to explode your online income.

Traditionally, JVs are most common between two people who have
created a product and are selling it online. But that needn't be
the case and I will tell you shortly of a way in which you can
get all the benefits, traffic and sales of a JV without even
having a product of your own.

But first lets look at the principals of it: What actually
happens in a JV cross-promotion?

Webites promote other websites for two main reasons:

1. To earn income from commission sales.

2. To pay, or earn, favors.

The first of these you might expect, the second is more
intricate.

You see, when you're running an online business, your options
and your growth are restricted if you try doing it all on your
own.

Sure, there's pay-per-click advertising, article marketing,
traffic exchangers, and a variety of ways you can draw traffic
to your site by paying for it.

But nothing beats personal recommendation.

Its human nature: We all prefer to buy through personal
recommendation than by enticing advertisements.

And JV's, or cross-promotions are all about personal
recommendation.

The only thing is - as every super-affiliate knows - even if

Dr. Ward Hanson is a member of the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, where he is a Fellow and Policy Forum Director. Previous faculty positions include the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Purdue University Krannert School of Management, and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is an adviser, expert witness, and consultant to leading firms in Silicon Valley and beyond.
